T.R.I.P.S. Held is 2020 AGM December 3rd 2020

This year’s AGM was held virtually by Zoom. There were 6 members in attendance and a variety of TRIPS business was discussed including:

 2021 Membership Rates to stay the same: $75
 Application to be made for a PacificSport Covid Releif grant ($2500)
 A possible transition to RCABC insurance rather than CKBC to be strongly considered
 Discussion on COVID related concerns, how they were handled and future challenges for 2021
 Preliminary discussion on plans for programs and promotions for 2021

The following members were elected to the board of Directors for 2021:

 Chair: Darryl Spencer
 Vice Chair: Keiran Rankin
 Secretary: Vacant ( Shirley Sanderson is “acting secretary”)
 Treasurer: Vacant ((Darryl Spencer is “acting treasurer”)
 Directors at Large Shirley Sanderson, Wally Makortoff
